This week, Tiffany hits Kabukichō—Shinjuku’s Red Light District—to talk art and chaos with Ellie from the art collective Chim↑Pom. Japanese art scene rule-breakers for over 10 years, these punkish Shinjuku locals open up otherwise taboo conversations about Japanese societal shifts, environmental issues, and politics.
