How to Shop
Booking an In-store Appointment
To physically view and try on anything from our online catalogue, book an appointment with our team of Personal Stylists. Select items from your Wishlist to view and try on during the appointment. The selected items will be waiting for you at SSENSE MONTRÉAL.
To begin the process, click ‘Book an Appointment’, which can be found at the bottom of any page on the SSENSE website.
This will bring you to the ‘Appointments’ page, which displays previous and upcoming appointments. To schedule a new appointment, click the ‘New Appointment - Montréal’ button.
On the following page, in the ‘Wishlisted Items’ tab, select items to try on by clicking the ‘Add’ button beneath the desired product. You can review your selection in the ‘In Appointment’ tab. Click the ‘Book Appointment’ button to proceed to the scheduling page. Select a preferred date and time and provide any notes for the appointment. When completed, click the ‘Confirm Appointment’ button.
A confirmation email containing details about your new appointment will be sent to the address associated with your account.
Upcoming appointments can be modified or canceled no later than 24 hours in advance. For emergency cancellations, contact our Customer Care team.
