David Seth and Kavi Moltz’s New York-based beauty company D.S. & Durga reflects the founders' artistic backgrounds. Drawing connections between fragrances and motifs from art, music, nature, and design, the brand's perfumes, candles, lotions, and cleansers tell complex scent stories all their own. Magnolia and eucalyptus leaf candles tell tales of Big Sur after rainfall, and notes of charred spearmint and lavender recount the Curling Bros’ Westlake barbershop fire of 1981. Other products infuse aloe vera, coconut milk, and argan oil to remove impurities and facilitate relaxation.
