Longlivethequeen
Longlivethequeen is a contemporary childrenswear brand with a focus on sustainable practices, upcycling, and functional cuts. Driven by a desire to make use of fabrics already in circulation, founder Hetty Van Driest launched the Dutch label as an environmentally conscious alternative to fast fashion. By repurposing preexisting materials, Driest breathes new life into second-hand fabrics: soft flannels and off-kilter rib knits are refashioned into comfy wide-leg lounge pants and stylish ‘70s flares. Velvet miniskirts, fleece sweatshirts, and jersey turtlenecks showcase thoughtful details and arrive in deep magentas, sunshine yellows, and emerald greens. From checkered pajama bottoms to tie-dye hoodies, Longlivethequeen creates eccentric kids' clothes while helping to preserve the planet.
