Haider Ackermann SWEATERS

Colombia-born French designer, Haider Ackermann studied fashion design at Antwerp’s Royal Academy of Fine Arts before debuting his eponymous label at Paris Fashion Week in 2001, immediately gaining recognition for this dynamic designs and androgynous silhouettes. Ackermann is known for his ability to balance fluid and angular lines with sophisticated tailoring and casual styling. Winning the Swiss Textiles Award in 2004 and the Fashion Group International Award in 2012, the Paris-based label has created a name for itself with its signature draping, knotting, and gathering techniques. Unique, daring, and versatile, the label’s womenswear collection seamlessly weaves together elements of ‘high’ and ‘low’ fashion: elegantly tailored shirts, trousers, skirts, and dresses arrive in sensual textiles and multifabric panelled constructions, while casual knitwear pieces, sweatshirts, and hoodies come in oversized silhouettes for a more relaxed aesthetic.
