Padmore & Barnes SHOES
Since Padmore & Barnes opened its factory doors in 1934, the Kilkenny-based brand has evolved from a small shoemaking manufacturer to a streetwear cult-favorite. Under the ownership of Clarks between 1964–1987, the brand manufactured the first Wallabees—the classic crepe-soled desert boots most venerably worn by the Wu-Tang Clan. Padmore & Barnes gained further streetwear relevance in 2000 when it was solicited for a collaboration by Supreme. Today, the brand fabricates this classic silhouette as the Original Boot, a moniker that pays homage to its longstanding relationship with this archetypal shoe. Using durable materials and processes, Padmore & Barnes sustains its time-honored commitment to making fine shoes, steeped in history and influence.
