Drawing upon the grunge and punk subcultures that shaped his youth, creative director Mike Amiri established his eponymous label in 2013. Showcasing considered attention to detail while maintaining an effortless LA cool, the label's collection consists of casual staples crafted from carefully sourced fabrics. Distressed with signature rips, shreds, and shotgun holes, AMIRI’s designs lend textural intricacy to easy tailoring. With most of its manufacturing done in LA, the brand operates according to a vertical model that helps to maintain quality and reduce overproduction. Inspired by the image of the traveling rock star who pines for the comforts of home, AMIRI brings together the memories and desires of the wayfaring lifestyle in its romantic and leisurely collections.
