Paris-based ready-to-wear brand Coperni equally draws on creativity and wearability to inform its chic aesthetic. Originally founded in 2013 by Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant—whose collective work experiences include Balenciaga, Chanel, and Courrèges—the label relaunched in 2018 with a lower price point and more unisex offerings. Inspired by his Renaissance-era models of Heliocentrism, the designers named Coperni after the astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus, revealing the brand’s jointly whimsical and mathematical essence.
