Price Protection Policy and Promotions

Price Adjustment Policy

As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, SSENSE offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

  • An item purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 14 days of having placed the order.
  • The item in question is still available on the SSENSE website in the same style and size purchased.
  • Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.

If these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment.

Price Match Policy

If an item is sold by another online retailer at a lower price, SSENSE will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:

  • The online retailer must be an authorized retailer
  • The same style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made
  • The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price
  • The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes and duty fees, must be lower than the final SSENSE checkout price
  • The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed on the SSENSE website

If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a price match. Please contact us and we will be happy to review your request.

Promotions and Codes

SSENSE occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers.

When attempting to apply these codes, please note that some conditions apply:

  • Items previously discounted (i.e sale items) may not be eligible for further discount
  • Codes are redeemable online and in-store unless otherwise indicated
  • For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items
  • Discounted items returned to SSENSE will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the item(s)
  • If a code is invalid or expired, a replacement will not be issued
  • Only one code may be applied per order

Private Sale

  • Private Sale promotion is made available to selected customers.

  • This promotion is only applicable to select merchandise marked “Private Sale”, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other item that is already on sale, or any applicable rebate, discount offer, or promotional code.

  • This promotion is valid from November 16th, 2020 from 10AM EST to January 6th, 2021 at 12PM EST.

  • Offer can be terminated, changed, or extended at SSENSE's discretion.

  • Offer applicable for eligible users logged in with the account which received the Private Sale invitation.

  • This offer can only be redeemed online, within the SSENSE app (latest version), or through orders placed over the phone. Please note that this offer is not applicable to purchases made at the SSENSE store.

  • SSENSE reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or for any other reason.

  • Offer not applicable to shipping fees.

  • Offer cannot be applied to past transactions.
