Price Adjustment Policy

As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, SSENSE offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

• If an item purchased recently has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 14 days of having placed the order.
• The item in question is still available on the SSENSE website in the same style and size purchased.
• Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.

If these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment.

Price Match Policy

If an item is sold by another online retailer at a lower price, SSENSE will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:

• The online retailer must be an authorized retailer
• The same style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made
• The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price
• The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes and duty fees, must be lower than the final SSENSE checkout price
• The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed on the SSENSE website
• The lower price must not be a pricing error
• The lower price must not include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages
• The lower price must not include offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers 
• The lower price must not include clearance, seconds or display items

If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a price match. Please contact us and we will be happy to review your request. In doing so, you need to provide us proof of the competitor's advertised price for the identical item, either at the time of purchase if in-store or within 14 days after your purchase / at the time of purchase if in-store or on-line. We need these details so that we can verify your request.

Promotions and Codes

SSENSE occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers.

When attempting to apply these codes, please note that some conditions apply:

• The promotional codes have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into currency.
• Items previously discounted (i.e sale items) may not be eligible for further discount
• Codes are redeemable online and in-store unless otherwise indicated
• For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items
• Discounted items returned to SSENSE will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the item(s)
• If a code is invalid or expired, a replacement will not be issued
• Only one code may be applied per order
