Finding a specific item: click ‘Search’, or the magnifying glass icon, on the top left of the page. A search box will appear; enter an item description. Below the search box, select ‘Men’ or ‘Women’ to specify the category and hit ‘Enter’ or tap ‘Search’. Unisex items will automatically filter into both categories.
Browsing designers: on a desktop browser, simply click ‘Men’ or ‘Women’ on the top left of the screen. On a mobile device, select the Menu icon in the top left corner and select either the Men’s or Women’s designer categories.
Once a category is selected, the SSENSE collection of brands will appear along the left side, underneath a list of subcategories.
Check Out
To select an item for purchase, choose a size and select ‘Add to Bag’. This will add the item to the shopping bag. To check out, select ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
Note: Adding items to a Shopping Bag or Wishlist does not reserve them.
When reviewing an order on the ‘Shopping Bag’ page, unwanted items can be removed by clicking or tapping the x beside the product. You can remove an item from your ‘Shopping Bag’ while still keeping it in your Wishlist by simply selecting ‘Move to Wishlist’.
‘Proceed to Checkout’ leads to the final stage of the process.
On the Check Out Page:
- Provide a shipping and billing address
- Choose the preferred type of shipping
- Input a method of payment
- Review your purchases one last time before placing your order
Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address on file. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Creating an SSENSE Wishlist
Creating an SSENSE Wishlist
Log in or create an SSENSE account to make a Wishlist. Guests cannot make Wishlists.
Adding items to a Wishlist: to add items to a Wishlist, click on the product you want to add. Choose the desired size and select ‘add to Wishlist’. Click or tap on ‘in Wishlist’ to reverse this selection. Items can be moved to a Wishlist directly from the shopping bag by selecting ‘Move to Wishlist.’
Please note: putting items in your Wishlist does not reserve them. The item will still be available for purchase by other customers.
View Wishlist: click ‘Wishlist’ in the top right corner of any SSENSE page. Use this page to modify the current Wishlist by removing items or transferring them to the shopping bag for purchase.
Booking an In-store Appointment
To physically view and try on anything from our online catalogue, book an appointment with our team of Personal Stylists. Select items from your Wishlist to view and try on during the appointment. The selected items will be waiting for you at SSENSE MONTRÉAL.
To begin the process, click ‘Book an Appointment’, which can be found at the bottom of any page on the SSENSE website.
This will bring you to the ‘Appointments’ page, which displays previous and upcoming appointments. To schedule a new appointment, click the ‘New Appointment - Montréal’ button.
On the following page, in the ‘Wishlisted Items’ tab, select items to try on by clicking the ‘Add’ button beneath the desired product. You can review your selection in the ‘In Appointment’ tab. Click the ‘Book Appointment’ button to proceed to the scheduling page. Select a preferred date and time and provide any notes for the appointment. When completed, click the ‘Confirm Appointment’ button.
A confirmation email containing details about your new appointment will be sent to the address associated with your account.
Upcoming appointments can be modified or canceled no later than 24 hours in advance. For emergency cancellations, contact our Customer Care team.

Home: View a personalized selection of recommended brands and designers, trending styles, new releases and a list of available SSENSE Exclusives.
Shop: Browse men’s and women’s collections using designer, style, price range and category filters to personalize searches.
Profile: Access SSENSE support, personal settings and log into or register an SSENSE account.
