Deveaux New York

Deveaux New York was co-founded by Matthew Breen and Andrea Tsao in 2017, with street photographer-turned-designer Tommy Ton taking over as Creative Director in 2018. Although the New York City-based label initially started out as a definitively menswear brand, Deveaux has since evolved into a unisex label, creating fluid interchangeable silhouettes for both men and women. Adopting an ungendered philosophy, Deveaux seeks to create a wholly American uniform, one which is timeless, refined, and relevant. At once traditional and contemporary, Deveaux offers classic styles in modern fabrics and silhouettes. Embracing a minimalist workwear vibe, Deveaux’s carefully tailored trousers, shirts, blazers, and coats emphasize relaxed and easy fits, and feature unexpected design details. Knitwear also features prominently across the collection, further complimenting the brand’s casual, laid-back tone. Ton himself has described the brand’s aesthetic as one which exemplifies ‘beautiful everyday pieces with a gestural, loose fit.’ Manufactured in the United States, Deveaux promises lasting wardrobe staples of elevated quality and design.
