MSGM TROUSERS

Massimo Giorgetti is lauded as Milan’s most successful rising designer thanks, in part, to the irreverent sensibility of MSGM. Launched in 2009, MSGM’s menswear is remarkably straightforward yet subtly infused with counterculture influences, inspired heavily by 90’s grunge, dadaism, and the remnants of punk. Embroidery and graphic prints bring deceptively simple signs and signifiers to staple t-shirts and hoodies; leather jackets and tailored classics simultaneously introduce the accessibility of workwear to the luxury of Italian craftsmanship. A series of tongue-in-cheek collaborations with Toilet Paper magazine exemplify the adventurous humor MSGM always brings to its designs.
