Creating social and environmental change through charitable works and sustainable production practices, Bethany Williams offers clothing with a conscience. Its garments—entirely composed of recycled and organic materials—are crafted in conjunction with community service projects and local manufacturers. Conceived in collaboration with Tesco and the Vauxhall Food Bank, the UK brand’s inaugural collection converted household waste and secondhand cardboard into a menswear line bursting with bold colors and eye-catching graphic prints. In recognition of her eco-conscious efforts and innovative designs, Williams received the 2019 Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design and the British Emerging Talent prize in the menswear category at the 2019 Fashion Awards. Setting the standard for environmentally friendly fashion, Bethany Williams is forging a finer future for people and the planet.
