What is SSENSE+?

SSENSE+ is a loyalty program that allows members to unlock a wide range of extra services based on their shopping habits—giving them access to a more personalized experience. Based on points earned during your cycle, members can unlock Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3. Unlocked services are valid until the end of your fixed cycle and for the following cycle based on your anniversary, as defined by the first time you earn points. Members of the SSENSE+ program can also be selected for our invitation-only Personal Shopping program. Subscribe to the newsletter and download the SSENSE app to stay in the loop and get the most out of SSENSE+. Conditions apply.


Will purchases made before the launch of SSENSE+ count toward my points balance?

Past purchases are used to calculate your SSENSE+ Level but are not converted to points. All members start the program with 0 points. Only purchases made after the program launch date will be converted into points.


How do I join SSENSE+?

Eligible individuals are automatically enrolled in the program when they create an SSENSE account.


How many points do I need to access the services?

Members can unlock Level 1 of the program once they have accumulated a minimum of 1000 points. Higher Levels can be unlocked with the accumulation of more points. Joining the program is free.


How do I accumulate points?

Points are accumulated through the purchasing of products from SSENSE and special program promotions.


How does the point system work?

Members get points during a fixed 12-month cycle. Point balances are reset yearly on the anniversary date. Once a Level is unlocked, members maintain their Level status for the remainder of the cycle and for the following cycle. If by the end of the following cycle, the customer has not accumulated enough points to maintain their status, their Level will be adjusted.


When will the points be added to my account?

Points accumulated through purchases are added to your account 35 days after the purchase.


How is my SSENSE+ anniversary calculated?

Your SSENSE+ anniversary is set to 35 days after your first purchase and remains the same even if that purchase is returned. For example, if you make a transaction on October 1, your anniversary will be November 5. Please note purchases must be made after the launch of the SSENSE+ program in your country to be counted toward your anniversary.


What happens to my points if I make a return or if my order is canceled?

Points are added to your account 35 days after the purchase date. Within this 35-day window, points are pending. If you make a return you will not get the points associated with that item. Levels are based exclusively on accumulated points, not on pending points. In the case that an order was obtained through fraudulent means or other activities violating the SSENSE+ Terms and Conditions, your Level status will be reviewed and potentially adjusted.


What is my Level?

Your Level depends on how many points you have accumulated. You can find your status on your SSENSE+ account page. Sign up to our newsletter and download the SSENSE app to receive personalized communications about your Level status, available services, + more.


How do I qualify for a Level?

To qualify for a Level, a member needs to accumulate enough points, which get added to their SSENSE+ account with each purchase. Members will be notified through their SSENSE+ account page and by email if there are any changes to their status.


What services do I have?

Services differ depending on which Level you qualify for. Services associated with your Level can only be redeemed on SSENSE or at SSENSE MONTRÉAL. See the full list of services here.


When will I get access to my services?

Access to corresponding services is automatically applied once a Level is unlocked. Exceptions may apply for limited-time offers.


Do Level statuses and services expire?

Services are valid for as long as members are in the associated Level. Once a Level is unlocked, members will maintain it for the current cycle and the following cycle. If you move up or down a Level, the services change accordingly.


Why has my Level been upgraded?

Leveling up happens when you've earned enough points to qualify for the next Level.


Why has my Level been downgraded?

Leveling down happens when you have not accumulated enough points to qualify for your current Level at the end of the 12-month cycle.


How do I access my services?

You must be logged in to your SSENSE account to gain access to your services. Services can be redeemed in Canada by making a purchase through SSENSE or at SSENSE MONTRÉAL. Some exceptions may apply.


Do my services have cash value?

No. Services are nontransferable, have no cash value, and cannot be returned or exchanged for money or any other products. Members have no property rights to the services.


Can I share my account and/or SSENSE+ services with someone else?

No. Neither accounts nor services can be shared or combined.


What is the difference between VIP Private Sale and Private Sale access?

Private Sale grants you early access to SSENSE sales and features exclusive products that are not available in regular sales. VIP Private Sale goes further by offering members access to an extended product assortment.


What type of exclusive offers can I get with SSENSE+?

We’ll help you get to the next Level faster with promotional offers that are only available to SSENSE+ members.


What type of exclusive updates can I get with SSENSE+?

SSENSE+ members who subscribe to the newsletter will receive special offers, personalized and first-to-know communications about their status and upcoming product launches, + more.


Can I opt out of the program?

Yes. You can opt out of the program at any time by contacting Customer Care. By doing so, you agree to lose your Level status and points. If you change your mind, you can rejoin SSENSE+ by contacting Customer Care. However, you will not be able to reinstate your previous Level or points balance.
